When casting my short film, it was important to me that both women in the timeline shared similar features. I have casted two girls who both have dark brunette hair and similar personalities, which really helps to portray a sense of replacement. When casting the male actor, I found that I wanted someone who was able to portray the character of a grieving/lonely man with a commitment to taking on board challenges. These three main actors contribute to the overall effect that the audience can expect when watching my short-film.  Later in my filming schedule, two of the three were not able to commit to the time I needed to dedicate to filming, so I had to rearrange my actors to ensure I could meet my filming deadline. This was a challenge as it pushed me back on my schedule, but I ensured my communication with my new actors was effective in order to follow my filming schedule and film all the scenes I needed.
