Mid shot – distorted angles, disagreement happens, he throws glass in anger, this knocks a picture off its straightened positioning

Wide shot - Flashforward to present day, man continues to lay the table, clearly setting up for a guest visit

Wide shot – he goes over to the cupboard to get two wine glasses out, as he closes the cupboard door we catch a glimpse of a picture that are hanging on the far wall, they are out of focus at first but then the camera focuses on it – picture of him and other woman - he sees the picture knocked slightly off angle – collecting dust, he begins to realise it is time to pack away his old memories.

Close-up to wide-shot – he stares at pictures, lost in thought, and then pulls himself together and goes over to them, the camera slowly dollies/zooms out of his back – as he begins to take the picture of him and the other woman off the wall, he is packing away his memories

Midshot – he opens a cardboard box and places pictures in – this box contains other loose household objects, as if he was moving out

Mid-shot - The man goes over to the table to place the wine glass down as the doorbell rings

Midshot – the man goes over to open the door

Midshot – camera is outside door, over shoulder shot of the new woman

Midshot – he welcomes her into the house, the camera is inside, welcoming her in – we see her face

Mid-shot – new woman looks around his place, notices cardboard boxes scattered around the room

Midshot – the new woman smiles and takes a seat, where the previous woman would have, the man follows suit, the new woman begins to talk about her journey to his house, commentary is mundane and ordinary

Midshot – she helps herself to food and drinks on the table, man is lost in thought, he is listening and nodding along, pours them both glass of wine

Midshot to wide shot – camera dolly zooms out of the couple sitting at the table

Wide-shot – man glances over to the wall where the picture used to hang, and then to the box, camera lingers on this

Wide shot – shallow depth of field, camera focuses on the box, the word ‘her’ appears

Wide shot – shallow depth of field – in the background we hear clink of glasses and happy chatter – healthy and healed

Fade into black – with the word her remaining on screen – sound bridge of ambient sound merged with score
